Q: Can I you port my number and how long will it take?
A: Yes we can port your number. However, the time it takes varies this can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.

Q: Where are your phone services offered?
A: Our cloud based business phone service can be deployed at any location with a broadband internet connection. Making this a great option for branch / field offices. 

Q: How does your service differ from what I have now?
A: VoIP is more robust, scalable, and feature rich to what you currently have. We can deploy a better solution, at a better price point than your existing configuration.

Q: What if I switch and don't like it?
A: We offer a 30 day P.O.C (Proof of Concept) FREE of charge. This gives you 30 days to test out the call quality, features and support. Our primary objective is your satisfaction. If you're happy with the service, tell a friend. If you are unhappy, tell us.

Q: Do I have have to purchase new hardware?
A: Not in all cases. If possible we will try to integrate with your current hardware. This however, may limit the features available to you.

Q: Will I notice any downtime during the switch over?
A: We will provide you with a temporary phone number that you can forward your calls to during the trial and number porting phase. This will allow you to continue normal operation until the porting process is complete.
